Established in 2017, We are committed to the 1-on-1 approach to fitness coaching. Nestled in the northern most section of Hampton, Virginia, LFC is minutes from Langley Air Force Base, Nasa Langley Research Center and the National Institute of Aerospace and we are a convenient commute from Yorktown, Poquoson and Newport News.
With years of experience in the fitness industry and a passion for innovation, we are able accommodate a broad range of fitness goals from post op rehabilitation to sports specific training. Along with our private training services we offer yoga classes, group runs and HIIT classes for a holistic approach to your health and wellness needs.
