HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This mode of fitness is characterized by period of high intense activity followed by a low intensity period of rest or active recovery. The low intensity period can be equal in length to the high intensity period but any variation of interval length are acceptable and can produce desired results. Every type of exercise imaginable can be applied to interval training, whether you prefer to work with your body weight or kettlebells – you could find  your favorite movements in a HIIT workout.

High Intensity Interval Training has been popularized for its affect on body composition and body fat percentage, while circuit training allows for variety and balance in the workout. Join us for a challenge that combines these two elements to be bring you a highly varied workout experience! This one hour event starts at 9am every Saturday morning ending at 10am.
