friday 5k rUN & wALK gROUP
The Every Friday 5K Run/Walk Group is our favorite part of the workout week. Blend fitness and lifestyle with a lighthearted event designed to bring people together to celebrate the end of the week. Meet new friends, share about the success and the challenges you’ve faced on your fitness journey. Be sure to sign-in before each run for a chance to win prizes each week. The course is a mostly flat, out and back route. So, no getting lost and no participant left behind! Join us after the run as our neighbors at Capstan Bar Brewing Company provide the social atmosphere to continue to build on new friendships! This run/walk group is absolutely FREE, just do us a favor by letting us know your coming with an RSVP below!
saturday morning hiit circuit
If you enjoy high intensity workouts and circuit style training, the HIIT circuit is just the challenge for you! High Intensity Interval Training has been popularized for its affect on body composition and body fat percentage, while circuit training allows for variety and balance in the workout. Join us for a challenge that combines these two elements to be bring you a highly varied workout experience! This one hour event starts at 9am every Saturday morning ending at 10am.
